Lindsay Lohan turned 22 yesterday, and the girl who could have any of Hollywood's cutest guys she wants instead celebrated with Sam Ronson...eww! Her party was at Teddy's inside the Roosevelt Hotel. The two were reportedly smooching in front of everyone there (barf). All this after she QUIT drinking!
